Just a heads up.

The League Cup Final is now being played at 3pm on police advice.

Just noticed at the bottom of the BBC article -

The kick-off change could have implications for the Premier League match between Wolves and Sheffield United that is scheduled to be played at Molineux the same day.

Sky Sports are the rights holders for both matches, with the league game currently set to start at 13:30.

MIght be quite an early one as they'll want to blow smoke up Klopp's **** for a good hour before their game.

I reckon they will go for 11.45. It worked so well the last time.

Saturday night 8pm will do.

Realistically it won't be after the League Cup final because they have to allow for the potential of extra-time and the post match reaction, so you're looking at 7pm Sunday as the earliest.

Alternatively, 12pm on Sunday is the earliest they can really do but that means with stoppage time etc. you're looking at a 2pm finish. Are they happy with a one-hour build up for a cup final?

I suspect it will be a 12pm start for us and they'll put the build up of the cup final on another channel before moving across.

So absolutely **** for us. We should ask for the Saturday night slot, be a good day then.

From the BBC.....

"It's rare for a fixture to be arranged for the benefit of match-going fans rather than TV viewers but it does appear as though Wolves' home game against Sheffield United on Sunday, 25 February will remain unchanged.

The match itself was moved from the Saturday and listed for a 13:30 GMT kick-off, to be followed by the EFL Cup final.

However, the EFL Cup final must now start at 15:00 GMT rather than 16:30 GMT as initially intended.

With Sky Sports covering both games, it appeared likely the kick-off time of the Wolves game would be changed.

However, it appears that won't be the case and the match at Molineux will remain as it is."

Odd that our game will overrun the start of a domestic cup final, but good news that they haven't changed it!

I guess they think no-one will be interested in watching us.

In fairness, it's the sort of TV game that will probably attract very few non Wolves or Sheffield United viewers. Even fewer now!

Had it been a more local fixture for the away fans, or involved bigger teams, it could very well have been moved.

True, if it was Man Utd v Liverpool they would have moved the Cup final.

Seems a bit odd, like you say, maybe they just don't care about showing it. Hard to imagine they're worrying about people travelling from Sheffield to Wolves when they happily put Brighton v Wolves on a Monday for example.
