I thought Okoronkwo or Iversen might have been, but neither even played in Turkey unbelievably.

I looked up Henry Camara, Guardiora and manciene for the same hunch. No luck though

So I'm assuming Les Ferdinand doesn't count as his stint in Turkey was before the formation of the PL?

He doesn't, but my brain had erased the fact that he ever played in Turkey!
