Haha, but was your answer actually correct?

We need a panel for more subjective questions such as this and maybe an arbitration board, made up of a representative group of citizens elected biannually or in a situation where a majority of the board opt for a crisis vote. Their decision can be appealed against once a month, although in cases where decisions go in the complainant's favour, they are granted a further appeal. We probably need some rules about acceptable subjects and that can be decided by a sub group who will consult to focus groups.

Sounds like a good bit of simple fun.
