Not a booking fee, but Jez will think of something, Scott.

A Comfort fee, a Convenience fee, an A4 PDF fee...

A brilliant ticket ordering solution for locals and non locals alike.

Well done Wolves.

I know it's unfair and I hate it too, but if they do, they're only copying what companies like ticketmaster do and call it an admin fee or order processing fee. In fact, for many concert tickets you still get charged this fee, even if you collect your tickets from the venue. It shouldn't be allowed but whilst it is, you and I will have to pay or vote with our feet and we all know this won't happen, which is why they get away with it.

Are they replacing all the readers? I'm pretty sure an A4 sheet out of my printer won't fit in the current slot :D

A Crystal Palace mate of mine said they have been using this system this season and they dont get charged a booking fee......

*Edit, non members have to pay £1.25 per ticket. Season ticket holders and members do NOT get charged for purchasing tickets/additional tickets!

They'll have scanners fitted to read your A4 sheet, and do a body check at the same time!

Just knew there was a catch.:D

They're doing a pilot run in The Billy Wright only on Sunday. I guess they might get the odd one or two!

I had one of these the other day for an event at Santa Pod. Charged me £2 to email it to me.

Got tickets for Global Gathering. On top of a £10.50 booking fee, I had three options of how to receive my tickets. Fair enough, first class special delivery was £5.95. However, printing my own ticket was just as expensive as them sending them out first class, £2.95. How is that justifiable?

If they want to 'improve the matchday experience' they could try winning the odd game!

No home points since Christmas and they are looking at print at home tickets as a way of improving the matchday experience!

Bless!!!!

No different to the scandalous practice used by concert venues like The Academy who charge a booking fee and a shipping fee despite the fact they e-mail the tickets to you to print off at home. Not that I'm bitter.
