Guardiola wants five subs rule back

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says the Premier League should allow five substitutes per match again because of a rise in muscle injuries this season.

I for one am against the 5 substitute rule. There should be no reason as to why 5 are required. Think it’s a ploy to try and give the larger squads (aka richer clubs) an advantage.

I think the answer to this thread now is...WE WERE VERY LUCKY with injuries in the passed.
Plus we ain't got enough quality PL players to put 5 on the bench.. Never mind to make 5 substitutions in one game.

THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE between us and the top 10 PL teams now.

FOSUN won't be talking up Champions League Footie so quickly now will they?

To think our luck would continue for another season is just ridiculous. Management got complacent and didn’t prepare for the worst
