I really don't see how Owen will fit in at Stoke. The Owen of 10 years ago would have been perfect with Crouch flicking on but just don't see what role he will play now, if anything he needs a "free role" and that is something that Pulis probably doesn't know anything about.

Stoke will still be in the premier with a vastly superior team to us.
Dont be snobbish, dont knock them, our football isnt exactly stunning

Not as bad as appointing TC as manager.

If Mick had shown the decisiveness that Stale has in the last 24 hours perhaps he might have still got a job here. A new coach in February might just have got players thinking differently. Water under the bridge now though.

Jim, I suspect Stoke will make a few bob selling Owen shirts.
