Just back from the game. Was a magnificent header as he had to generate all the power himself. McAlinden started a little nervously but was excellent for the last 15 minutes or so. So pleased for him - a moment he will never forget.

Wolves Player gave the impression it was a close range effort arising from a goal mouth scramble.

Having now seen it I'd say it was a perfectly angled header a few moments on from a scramble. Much better than I expected and great to see.

I thought the same thing, GH. He was the one who took the shot that deflected out to the wing, then he eases into space to take the cross.

Great technique on the header , as well.
