Gonna give them a go. Met John Connolly today Mutchy (sure you've read his!), lovely bloke, signed a copy of his new Charlie Parker novel......I felt a bit star struck!!!

Yep, I'm a big Connolly fan, Prem. Bought his debut novel when it first came out, and have bought each one on publication ever since. Nice one!

I read a lot of mystery/thrillers. Plenty of good authors out there, but if you like a well written mystery, with excellent plot and characterisation, Louise Penny is one of the best.

I have recently started reading books by Donna Leon. A modern day Agatha Christie IMO.
