Like it or not, Tim Spiers is the guy who gets paid to sit in the press box at every match, gets paid to do post match interviews and is on first name terms and speed dial with half the squad. As a journalist dedicated to a club he knows a lot more than he is allowed to say or chooses to put in print. He may have no idea what Nuno is planning or what Cavaleiro thinks about Wolves, but I am sure he knows more about the real reasons why McDonald ended up at Fulham, why Nathan Byrne disappeared off the radar and what caused the fall out between the club and Bright and Iorfa last season than most people on here. Slag off his blind loyalty to Lambert if you like, but don't confuse that with blind ignorance of what goes on behind the scenes.
