Gillett always seems to figure in our games somehow. Why is that?
What are SVAR and AVAR?
Rebecca is the lady who reffed the Fulham/Burnley game last weekHarrington appeared to have been glued to a VAR seat for some months. Hope he's been going to the gym in the meantime...New girl on VAR - hope she's got more guts than the rest of them.
And got widespread praise for her performance.Rebecca is the lady who reffed the Fulham/Burnley game last week
Thank you for this Netherton Wolf.

There's a clothing theme emerging... Harrington and Gillett (at a push )
Just an extra voice to muddy the waters. It gets worse every time they try to make it better .
Something a **** like Gillet should be kept well away from.
Thanks, all seems a bit daft. VaR, Assistant VaR and Support VaR. Bet they still won’t get it right!
You couldn't make it up could you? I mean call me cynical, but because there are fewer games where VAR is used (although still 9 I think) they've invented a way to employ an extra body to make the tea?

Sounds like a case of Too many cooksThanks, all seems a bit daft. VaR, Assistant VaR and Support VaR. Bet they still won’t get it right!

Probably an imaginary position designed to give as many refs something to do this cup weekend. In reality, of course, it will be another voice to add to the confusion and carnage during any contentious decisions. What are SVAR and AVAR?
Because it was Salisbury, the S probably stands for scumbag, or ****house.According to the Everton forum it was the SVAR who intervened to recommend the red card for DCL in their game last night. Maybe S stands for Super (as in overarching, like super-injunction, not as in wonderful!). Let’s hope there aren’t any super-unfair decisions tonight.
S****horpe (him not you BTW)Because it was Salisbury, the S probably stands for scumbag, or ****house.
But more than just the YAR as the Germanic folk like to say…AVAR = Assistant VAR - SVAR - no idea . Substitute ?
Doesn’t Harrington referee most of his matches in the Championship or lower leagues?Harrington reffed us when we won at Brighton under Lage. Don't remember him since then.
As for Gillett, lets hope he doesn't get the chance to create his usual mayhem.
Good at cricket and they cheat.Doesn’t Harrington referee most of his matches in the Championship or lower leagues?
Can’t remember seeing him in Premier League matches.
Nothing much else to say about Gillett, except that he is an Aussie and they are good at cricket!
He should be reffing in the premier league he’s certainly crap enough.Doesn’t Harrington referee most of his matches in the Championship or lower leagues?

Correct red card for Gomes unfortunately but you have to be consistent, it's a carbon copy on Doyle later on in the game. On field Ref should be seeing it, and so should the bloody VAR if they don't. It's not ****ing difficult with challenges like that, it's easy.
Clowns.I think its a harsh red but the bigger issue is if Gomes is a red how is the one on Doyle not? Practically the same contact in similar positions - one could argue the one on Doyles to be In a higher, more dangerous place.
Then theres the choke on Semedo that somehow resulted in no red and Semedo getting booked
I ****ing hope not!Do we have the same officials for the replay?
Totally agree VAR was absolutely useless but wasn’t it Rebecca WelchTo be honest, I think the biggest problem tonight was VAR. Harrington was useless, but VAR was actively against us. Two incidents which should have resulted in reds for Brentford ignored. In a short time, Gillett really has proven himself to be a total and utter turd.
