No he's not dead.

Went to see him in Dublin tonight. Was pleasantly surprised how good he was. Looked great and put on a fantastic show. Hoping to get full sight and hearing back by tomorrow evening.

Think it was the last of his current tour. Anyone else seen him recently?

Yes Dub, saw him on the first Savage Tour late last year.

He is clearly enjoying the resurgence in his career and I thought his energy levels and delivery of old and new material was exceptional. That said it was a very short set - he is 60 years old mind!

I think history will judge him far kinder than the media have over the years.

Seems a genuinely nice guy too.

Never got in to his music. However I have met him on the airshow circuit. He is a talented pilot and a nice bloke

Saw him about 4 years ago at ATP Minehead. He was very good but I had a cheeky suspicion he was mining some of his songs.

Had a ticket to watch him in Liverpool but the main reason was the support act... John Foxx.. when he cancelled I didn’t go but really wish I had
