If we signed Kessie he'd replace Neves in the starting XI IMO. Moutinho is a better player than Ruben and they're both quite similar.

Not sure I agree.

Yes, Moutinho could work with Kessie but he hasn’t the defensive capabilities of Neves.

Was outstanding a couple of years ago at Atalanta, dropped off a bit last year at Milan but I'd take him in a flash.

Shame there appear to be no legitimate links to him anywhere here in Italy (unless it's been reported on Sky Sports News).
