Does anyone know if expats/international supporters are formally represented at the fans Parliment?

Have been thinking that if not maybe it's about time...

What do you other internationals think?

A very good idea San Fran but I wont be attending due to my health problems. My specialists and G.P. would not allow the long distance flight sorry.

It does sound like a good idea though I'm not sure how much they would listen to the voices of us long distance supporters. Mind you, it would be nice to to have our voices heard.

Would be great. Not sure if the club realise how many overseas fans we have.

Hi Mug, if you were on the parliament you could berate the club over the sale of The Hoff.

Not too sure it would be a good idea, what we read and see about the Wolves is from forum sites and the internet, I think the UK residents would know alot more about what is actually happening than many of the expats. But it would be great to go to Wolverhampton for a few days holiday?

I would very much be in favour of this. I think we should setup some group or supporter club for international fans regardless.

How would it work? Link via Skype or someone local to voice your concerns?

You are already represented by the two molmix parliament members who will put forward any questions you have.

Its an interesting idea SanFran, you're a large group with specific needs.
Not sure how practical it would be for you to have a WFP rep from your group purely because of the difficulty in attending meetings, but as Benny has said, the MolMix reps will always speak for you.
Perhaps a thread bringing our ex-pats/international supporters together to find out the problems you face in trying to follow Wolves, and if there are any measures the club might be able to implement to make it easier, might be a useful starting point?

Yup, I know that, I was just thinking with so many international fans now it's time for someone with a perspective from outside of the uk to get involved too...

I run teams on 3 separate continents with no trouble so the comms shouldn't be that much of a problem. Skype, WebEx, FaceTime, Google video all just work...

I'd be interested to hear what the club and existing fans parliament think of the idea about having an international rep, can the question be raised next time do you think?

I think its a great idea - one that I will bring up at the next parliament meeting - it's an area of support that Wolves need to address and develop - not sure how though but one that needs exploring.

I think pulling together all global Wolves supporters groups into one official network in one place is a fantastic

I know a few groups around the world but it's too hard to discover them and although people like Berlin and Truls do a great job with their local supporter groups, it would be great to get some official support from the club.

This is the sort of thing you can pull together really quickly if you're willing to support it.

Time zones could prove a problem for some of us I would think.
