I nearly started a thread the other day

Along the lines of THIS IS OUR YEAR

We are miles away from top or bottom of league. So little to play for
An English manager will get it a bit more than say Lopetgui
Plus O'Neil, after spending many years with Pompey, left the year before they won it


Then I remembered they have VAR in the FA Cup (when it hasn't accidentally been switched off for last minute winners at Anfield)

Watching the York City v Wigan Athletic game last night on TV. It was a real "pea souper " making it difficult at times to follow the ball.
Used to love it when the pitch was a mud bath or snow covered the whole surface.
The days of the likes of Hereford United v Newcastle United are long gone, unfortunately.

Feel like that quite often recently. On the other hand Ipswich away says expect another no-show. January is going to be a long month if we go out in Rnd 3 though.
