I am sure there are a few old ones like me who remember the dark days of the 1980's. Here's a few reminders::

We fell through the divisions, and found ourselves in division four.

Molineux was in such a bad state that only two stands could be used.

We nearly went out of business altogether.

Crowds fell below 5,000, although we still had a god away following.

The Bhatti Brothers. ( excuse my language)

The dreaded "C" word.

Those were truly awful times, so to everyone at Wembley today, be very proud and grateful for the Wolverhampton Wanderers you are honoured to watch today.
