I think it's quite clear that any improvement on the ground is literally years and years away if anything happens at all.

That vid is year's old, York's New stadium was started in 2017, so I suspect the Molineux is one of Steve Morgan's plans.

I dont think the is any concrete plans.

Sure the recent news was we are looking to slowly add attendance to the stadium a bit like how Chelsea done the bridge. I'm actually for it because I think it gives stadiums character over a bowl.
