Sad news of another passing of a Footballer in Chris Bart Williams aged 49 yrs.
No reasons given but sad news of Trevor Francis passing - Sheffield Weds/Notts Forest have lost two players from their club.

Only seems like a few years ago when there was a feature of him on Football Focus to the tune of Do the Bartman.

More awful news. Have to admit I mostly remember him from THAT FA Cup game where IIRC he missed a sitter, but was a very good player and such a young age to go.

Was literally speaking with him and his wife pre game at Forest, as was in a corporate area in the home end. Was a really nice bloke. Can’t get over that. So sad.

Such horrible news. 49 is a horrendously young age.

He must have been 20/21 during the infamous Sheff Weds FA Cup battle. I remember him well from that and playing against us for Forest. Cracking midfielder.
