Anyone ITK - What is our known process for identifying a manager ?

Problem is under Fosun we have had

Zenga - Fail
Lambert - Fail
Nuno - Success
Lage - Fail

They don't have a great record for bringing in successful managers so far

TBF, I didn’t love the bloke but I’d argue Lambert wasn’t a failure. He kept us up, and our football did start to resemble some form of tactical structure, which was greatly missing under Zenga. I’d say ‘Pass’ rather than failure.
