If you recall he played for us a few times when we were in League 1, Take a look at this video he has always been a bit of a lose cannon, I doubt many Teams will touch him now.. what a wally.

Clown. He was never any good anyway, chucked a couple in in a league cup game we lost at home to someone awful.

Probably the worst thing you can do is to fight with a teammate. Not sure where he goes from here.

Absolute madness to do that to a team mate. No excuse whatsoever.

I wouldn’t bother turning up for training on Monday (or ever again) if I was wearing his boots!

I’d sue him for assault.

Why is the player acting up though? It's as if he's trying to get him sent off.

McCarey deserves to go and I'd suggest he's not well-liked based on the reaction because the player didn't need to act like that, even if he was shoved/grabbed.

Disgraceful by McCarey. He will be lucky to play for them again.

Yeah his teammate does seem to play act a bit. Probably just a reflex for footballers now.

On the flip side you read that article on the express and star website that he spent Xmas day helping a charity. Drove back down from Scotland to support a Carl ikeme evening.

Yes what’s he did wasn’t right but feel slight over reaction of the player didn’t help. These incidents happen quite often on the training ground which don’t really come to light.

You hold your hands up in the changing room apologies and move on.
