Think it’s about time we rolled something out for the lad as he’s fast becoming a star in his own lifetime.

Mix poster “Lou Pine” on a previous thread (Joao Gomes Fan Club) came up with the following song so full credit must go to him.
As we don't (to my knowledge) have a song for Joao, the following contribution by LP is not a bad call in my view.

To the tune of the Village People / Pet Shop Boys “Go West”.

Not wishing of course to promote nastiness towards our illustrious neighbors, or for that matter expletives on the terraces, perhaps there's an option to the second and final verse.

Whatever we decide, it's about time that we sung the name of Joao Gomes loud and proud.
