19th August 2017.
Wolves 1 Cardiff 2
After starting the season with a lot of new players a number of which hadnt played in the Championship before. We started well against two perennial high spending/top six sides a few of our players had a bit of a rude awakening to life in The Championship. Cardiff rocked up pressed us all over the park, left the boot in, did loads behind the referees back and generally exposed our nativities.

Leicester 2 Wolves 0
After starting the season with a lot of new players a number of which hadnt played in the Premier League before we starting the season well against perennial top 8 sides where they more than held their own. In the second game against Leicester some of the players had a bit of a rude awakening. Diego Jota learnt he can't lose the ball on halfway without consequences unlike the Championship. Coady will know he can't stand off James Madison until it's too late.
Its a year to the day we have a few issues what need ironing out just as they did last season.
Crucially we were in the game against Everton and Leicester were literally clinging on for a large portion of the first half. We aren't being outclassed, we aren't getting smashed all over the park.
Once we get to grips with that, and have Dendoncker ready, a returning Cav and everything in between we will be fine.
Keep the faith.
