We do defend really well, credit to the players where it’s deserved. Patricio is one of the top 3 keepers in the league, Coady has become a really good player, and Kilman looks like he’s been playing there for years.

except we haven’t had a 0 0 in 5 games have we. We won 3 of them and it should have been 4 but fora rui mistake

joint top on least goals conceded so far this season, but on the flip side only the bottom 4 have scored less.
we are still trying to find that balance where we can maintain our good defensive setup whilst adding more to our attacking threat, small margins but will be difference between another finish around 7th and moving on to compete for the top 4 or 5 places.

the top 2 have conceded the same number of goals as us 9, but have scored 18 and 19 respectively compared to our 8.

on the other hand Man City have also conceded 9 but only scored 10. For them though its down to a bad start for us it has been a bit of an issue for the last couple of seasons. but shows that it doesn't necessarily need wholesale changes to fix, but we need to increase the goals for column without overly disrupting our good defensive record
