Think we all want Silva to come good considering the money we spent on him but I've honestly not seen anything of note to make me think he has great potential. Just strikes me as a very average 21 year old CF who could make a decent top level footballer in future but could easily not, too.

Exactly this. If we take our gold tinted specs off he's been the worse signing of our history potentially. For that money on an 18 year old we need a potential world beater bit right now he looks like an average championship striker.

He's not fast, strong, can't run with the ball, hold it up and his finishing has been poor.
