Had a quick look at their wages. Over the two seasons of Covid we paid £234m in wages, Leicester paid out £350m! Doubt even shifting Fofana on for mad money would give them license to go spending

Turned up on bbc gossip. The story came from football insider, so no idea how reliable? If true though Everton probably can’t believe their luck. Broja and Gallagher plus £25 million would be deal of the century. Shame Chelsea didn’t fancy Gibbs White. Gordon isn’t that much better, if at all tbh?

Manchester United confirm Antony from Ajax, which the Dutch champions announcing it for a fee of €95 Million (£81.3 Million and possibly €100 Million with add-on’s. That is a Eredivisie record transfer.

Also Callum Hudson-Odoi has gone to Bayer Leverkusen on loan for the season. That is a really good move for the lad, with Bayer having got back into the Champions League for the first time since 2019.
