    Diogo Jota, gone too soon.

I don't we should retire the #18 shirt, he completed his football journey with us and we've had #18s since (currently sasa?). I think if this happened whilst with us then yes absolutely retire it because it's his number. As others have suggested I hope we do something with Liverpool next time...

We didn't miss any last season!

    Diogo Jota, gone too soon.

That's a great photo, captures so much action and emotion in one go. I also love the South Bank camera view of his Man U goal, so iconic.

    Diogo Jota, gone too soon.

Just seen the funeral footage on ITV news, totally finished me. Neves looks like he was a pallbearer, a day after playing a match in a different continent, what a legend and class of the man, he must be in absolute bits. Jota's wife with her hands on the coffin refusing to leave it, just totally...

    Jota - top 3 goals

As well as the great goals there was a great moments too, like when he came on as a sub against Beskitas and scored a hat trick in what seemed like 5 minutes. #swagger. Also another time we really needed a result against Chelsea after being on a bad run and he stepped up and won us the match...

    Diogo Jota, gone too soon.

Devastating shocking news. Absolutely love the bloke. The amazing memories he gave us with his ferocious talent. My eldest always has 18 on his shirt to this day in homage to him.

The all new reverse-reverse Gary O’Neil humble pie safe space thread

Interesting how that last 10 mins in the first half against Villa had such a big impact on everyones opinion of him. It was so obvious where the game was going and what we had to do except to gon.

The Geoff Thomas one? Sunderland were proper snotters in the 90s under Reid.

Great shout. Wasn't here long, but great impact, just what we needed at the time.

Yeah but we like to be outraged when any none wolves supporter dares to describe the colour of our tops anything but old gold. It's old gold even if it's gold, yellow, orange, brown....

    Jamie O'Hara

Yep. we needed him to step up that game, but after the 3rd(?) we let in, everyone was singing 'youre not fit to wear the shirt' and then he goes and smashes someone in the face because he couldn't take it. Molineux was pretty toxic that match. Didn't help with clown Saunders publicly declaring...

    RAN to City

Yep, shame theres not much footage say from the 50s. Although I can't imagine Stan letting them do the tricks and flicks, he'd probably say 'stop flopping around with it and drill it into the box and relentlessly create another chance, for flops sake'. He famously never swore.

    RAN to City

Good luck to him. Been great for us, really matured in the last 12 months. Honestly think he's a £50m player based on his age and premier League experience, and he'll get even better. Perhaps our most skillful player ever?

Agree, had the same realisation in the Doritos days, looked like we wearing giant crisp packets. The shirts should be free for us if they have the sponsors, or there is no sponsor and we pay for it. How have we been seduced to pay £60 odd quid for the privilege of advertising some shady far...
