Talk about being late to the party.
Too young during the years prior to the bottle season
Was at uni during the Mick years and then graduated and could never get a ticket
Imagine my delight when they got promoted, had a home game against them on my birthday only for a little thing called Covid to spoil the party

No idea what that means
All fans have to travel on official, designated coaches from Molineux direct to the Hawthorns - no stop offs allowed, police escorts in place. You only receive a match ticket, that you've already paid for, on the coach when you probably have to show some photo id to get it. Then all fans have to travel back on the same coaches, no stopping, to Molineux.

Probably my favourite memory of the Black Country derby goes back many years. I think it was 1971/72 when Wolves won there 4 - 2. I am sure that is the match where Mike Bailey hit a thunderbolt, and Huggies Curran scored two others. Sadly I can’t remember who scored the other.

The worst part were the scenes after the match. Halfords Lane became a battlefield. They were the days when football hooliganism was rife.

Absolute *********. It sums up their pathetic mentality that they would only give us 4000 seats in a stand that holds 5200. I'm not one for overly doing the local rivalry, and I'll get a ticket no problem anyway, but it really is such a bad way to treat us. Been there with 11k Wolves and it was all fine, just *******s. Want to beat them even more now (if that was possible).
Would have thought they needed as much match day revenue as possible given that they are skint. Maybe worried we will make too much noise.

With the form we're in, no.
Don't know how you can not be nervous. I love our side, I know they'll be up for it, I know they're better, but there's still plenty of chance of us losing and plenty of old scars that might re-open. The thought of watching them bouncing about fills me with dread, although the thought of us properly rubbing their noses in their inferiority fills me with enormous desire for victory!

I suppose I'm just very confident.

Premier league giants Wolverhampton Wanderers, 3 times league winners, pioneers of European football, first club to have a player win 100 caps for England, a top goalscorer with 306 goals, having recently achieved two recent top 7 finishes, Europa league quarter finals, FA cup semi finalists, have a rest from beating Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs and play Second Division minnows Sandwell Town this Sunday, in their biggest game for years.

(I know it’s not this Sunday)

Still no ticket info for this……..

It’ll be if the rumours are true about a bubble transport to/from Molineux and rule out a lot of non-local fans. Really hope that it’s just a rumour!

Have I missed anything? Anyone else received or can see ticket information?

No Info yet, I'm guessing it'll be out this afternoon, they normally agree everything in advance when theres been a replay?!

Hopefully not a bubble trip, but quite a few Albion are saying it is, but that could all come from the same rumour, but it could explain the delay in them releasing details?

I’d imagine both clubs have agreed a reciprocal allocation in the event of a replay. I think some credit is due for keeping pricing sensible as well.

I’ll obviously keep getting plenty of stick but for anyone that wants an actual football discussion I think it’s clear we will have a lot to cope with quality wise and balance that off with our home form it wouldn’t surprise me to see the game go to a replay. That would be a totally different scenario and suspect a much more one way affair

As I posted before the announcement, 4000 no bubble is what I was lead to believe

Banks's (which meant a thumping headache by halftime) in The Wheatsheaf before catching the cattle train 'special' to Halfords Lane. I have distinct memories of the grass bank at the back of the Smethwick End always being set on fire at the end of the games - it probably only happened once but it my mind it was every time.

Read that all Wolves fans have to go on an official coach

Shame all the knuckledraggers over the years have ruined it for the decent fans

Why's everyone so desperate for ticket details, you'll know if you're in the top 4,000 or not already, just relax and it'll come!

If you're long distance, presuming the 11:45 KO wipes out the train option regardless thanks to this wonderful country's infrastructure and public transport organisation, so just a case of whether you're gonna have to get dropped off directly at the **** or Molineux first to board those nice sober coaches. :)

Wolves have been given a 4000 allocation for the fourth round fixture against West Brom. Away fans will be in the Smethwick end. #wwfc #wolves

IF it's a bubble trip, then 4000 ticket holders, approx 50 per coach means sourcing and parking for 80 coaches ...

No mention of compulsory, official, transport ... therefore, no "bubble" as I read it.

And, no loyalty points counting for last night (unsurprisingly).

They could park them anywhere.

Would be a staggered arrival. 4 or 5 at once then off they pop to wherever they're going to park them

They would have to block to road off , all the way down to Smethwick to park the coaches.,.would be pointless as well as you can't really segregate that off can you......would probably cause more problems....
