Hoping someone can advise. Do you need ID to collect your ticket from an away ticket office?

Not yet got mine due to strikes most likely, so may need to collect, but, my ID’s been sent off!

I've done it a couple of times with just a name and address. Don't take that as gospel though!

A debit or credit card has worked for me in the past.
