An arm and a knee.Presumably that will cost him a fortune in legal fees and the like?
Yes it doesI know this will come across as me being a dick....but I have such little sympathy for him.
Fair enough. Harsh opinion to have for sure but he always came across awfully as a representative of our great teamYes it does
No it doesn't (in this case anyway)I know this will come across as me being a dick....but I have such little sympathy for him.
Tbf I don't think Mick helped the situationFair enough. Harsh opinion to have for sure but he always came across awfully as a representative of our great team

Probably the least surprising outcome ever.....In the High Court against the Surgeon who undertook his knee operation
Not bothered either way to be honest . OHara and Johnson were two of the worst characters ever at our club.. They played pivotal and toxic roles in our demise to League one.
For ever grateful to Kenny Jacket for getting us back up. Was delighted when they both left....... Their decline in football thereafter was very telling.
Fair enough. Harsh opinion to have for sure but he always came across awfully as a representative of our great team
Cheers mate - I will do just thatRecommend listening to the Old Gold podcast featuring him. He came across as a decent, humble guy, and clearly there is two sides to every story.
Sfannyhorpe United. For S****horpe, yes, not for Richard
My recent operation was done to correct issues arising from a previous operation. There was about a 5% chance of what happened occurring. I didn't dream of trying legal action for a known risk.He was always going to lose.
His case was against a world renowned surgeon, responsible for saving the careers of many athletes. As I understand it, that same surgeon advised him not to go to Thailand during his recovery from the operation. He went anyway.
Whether or not that was a reason for him losing the case, I don’t know, but I would imagine if he suffered complications after not following the advice of his surgeon, it’s going to be difficult to prove it was the surgeon’s fault!
Not what most people thought of him in The Avion but….Recommend listening to the Old Gold podcast featuring him. He came across as a decent, humble guy, and clearly there is two sides to every story.
Same time as Jamie O’Hara’s!When's our case against him for impersonating a Premier League defender?
Sueing a surgeon?? In the UK?? These professional nobs - surgeons, lawyers, judges etc. They stick together like **** to a blanket.
Depending on sobriety ?Recommend listening to the Old Gold podcast featuring him. He came across as a decent, humble guy, and clearly there is two sides to every story.
I think that describes most of us.Depending on sobriety ?
