We're staying up!!!!
And...Well that's some people's pre season predictions out the window!
Well that's some people's pre season predictions out the window!
We’ve also won every return game so far too, 5 from 5.3 straight defeats, then 40 points in 21 games !
Hats off to Lage.
West ham.Everyone says that 40 points is the safety threshold, but has a team ever gone down from the Premier League with 40 points?
And...
Bruno's still here.
And....
Christmas is behind us.
Mine. Thankfully.Well that's some people's pre season predictions out the window!

Yes. West Ham went down with 42.Everyone says that 40 points is the safety threshold, but has a team ever gone down from the Premier League with 40 points?
That's a coincidence, they happen to have 42 pts right now.Yes. West Ham went down with 42.

Teams only start to get threatened at 39 points if there is a particularly low pointed team. That's not the case this year, what is interesting is that relegation battle, burnley and Watford both put a performance in this week whilst villa are bang out of form with the next six being tough for them. This year could go all the way with 6 or 7 in contention for the droo on the final day!
Yes. West Ham went down with 42.
As the saying goesYes but they still have 12 games to play...
Don't count Wet Spam chickens , they could lose the lot.Yes but they still have 12 games to play...
We may score from inside the box then, which would be brilliant considering we have a great defence!Had a good feeling about this season, Neto back can hopefully increase our chance creation and we can get 6th i think. Performance level would have to be upped but they are capable of it
Mine in particular. I’m bloody delighted!Well that's some people's pre season predictions out the window!
That's Champions League form, blimey, that is phenomenal.3 straight defeats, then 40 points in 21 games !
Hats off to Lage.
That's honest. I can always respect anyone who admits that they got it wrong.Mine. Thankfully.
2 more needed to be extra sure. I'm not sure where those 2 points are going to come from. We're staying up!!!!
Five straight top flight seasons, well done Wolves
Makes you realise just how long we were in the wilderness forBest run of consecutive top flight seasons since 1977-82. Next target is the 9 consecutive seasons from 1967 to 1976.
I'll gladly admit I was wrong. I thought we'd struggle this season, especially with an injury or two in midfield
We've kept Neves and Moutinho fit thankfully, and never looked like we'd be in trouble even after the bad start
Well done Bruno and everyone else
Definitely signs more lately of the goals issue being sorted outYes, I will also put my hand up. I thought we would struggle for goals and be lucky to get 15th - I was very wrong on the 15th prediction - not so far out on the problem scoring goals.
All credit to Lage and his staff and of course the players. I would like to see two or three quality additions in the summer. But we are building a very good team.
Without wishing to bump up the Prediction thread and muddy those waters, I can only imagine the vast majority of us were very very very wrong when it came to Wolves this seasonI originally predicted a top 6 finish. Mainly because I'm a hopeless optimist but also because Lages stats in winning the league in Portugal were impressive.
Not all of us.Without wishing to bump up the Prediction thread and muddy those waters, I can only imagine the vast majority of us were very very very wrong when it came to Wolves this season
@Chris H do we all look like Muppets?
