BURNLEY boss Eddie Howe plans to use part of the £7million windfall from the sale of Jay Rodriguez to buy Wolves striker Sam Vokes.
Vokes, 22, was with Bournemouth when Howe was manager and spent two months on loan at Burnley last season.
