For anyone who has not been and wants to go, Jacqui Oatley has just tweeted that entrance to the museum is free tomorrow.

A nice gesture but would be massively over visited hence booking by ticket office..still, fair play.

Our history is something to be proud of not something to be pimped out to milk a few extra quid from those who've contributed to it.

It is our history, it should be free for anyone all of the time.

Let's throw every gesture towards helping fans back in their faces then shall we?

This in spades, the fans are part of our great history my family alone has a 100 year association with the club and invested much in that time both emotionally .and financially. As you say it is "our" history and to charge a fee for entry just goes to demonstrate the attitude of the club to its "customers".

To add, surely the museum with our rich and fantastic history should be a shop window to encourage the next generation of fans and promote the "brand" not merely a means of trying to earn an extra few pennies in the short-term.

In many ways this encapsulates and exposes the lack of vision of the current regime, which knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing; no vision or imagination on how to improve the income stream just manage the direct costs and fail to recognise "customer loyalty" in terms of the broader financial benefits.

I haven't visited yet but fully intend to.

No issue with the £7 entry fee, they have to maintain and fund the exhibits somehow. I love how much in this life people expect something for nothing.

If Wolves were going bust would you all pay £7 to save them? Things don't pay for themselves you know, we rely on money from fans or would you rather we loan some dodgy young kid instead of buying Afobe?

The cinema is £9.00 these days just to let some of you know.

It's not realistic to expect free entry. I do think perhaps season ticket holders should get a slight discount. Even if it's just a few quid knocked off.

Of course I would but currently £7 is nothing to the club and I don't believe you should be forced to pay to see our history. It's just another case of those in charge at the club seeing us a customers to be milked and not as supporters to be included as part of the club. It's sad to see.

The National Football Museum is free.

The national football museum isn't free, you have to pay a £10 charity donation. Just saying.

That has had major funding from various sources & the FA are not exactly short of a few bob are they. The 'free' but donate it just a way around not paying tax I think.
