Was the owner of the club when I started attending games as a kid and I finally discovered how much of an influential character he was when I got older. He was an honourable man and from what I understand, did unbelievable things for the good of our club and we all owe him a great deal of gratitude.

    RIP.

A wonderful man. I'll never forget the day he helped us to stick display cards to the seats at Molineux. That's the type of man he was, a true man of the people.

R.I.P. Sir Jack. God Bless you and your memory.

I am so so upset at this news. I got a text 20 mins ago and prayed I would not log on here to see it posted. I guess even when you are still older and wiser, you still take it for granted and think everyone is going to live forever don't you and the death of such a gentleman like Sir Jack is heartbreaking. My regret is I never met the man but my pride is that such a fantastic, generous man was associated with our club. Thank you for everything Sir Jack. Unique and just so original of a person. No words can even describe how I feel right now.

Rest In Peace Sir Jack. You put your heart, soul, and body into the club. You also put YOUR money where your mouth was and always had the best interests of the club at heart.
You might not have achieved everything you wanted with Wolves but you transformed the ambition of Wolves in many ways.
