Think he is deserving of a thread of his own. He has been brilliant at Telford on loan. Seven assists and 2 goals. Only just turned 18 and his first experience of mens football. Quite a few Telford fans saying he should be playing league football. Apparently has a very good left foot along with being skill full and quick. Will be interesting to see how he develops and what we do with him next season. For those interested there is an article in the Shropshire Star on him, online, today.

I have this from directly from the man who should know. Ryan is seen by the club every bit as good Olly Burke, sharing similar playing characteristics and very level headed to boot. He’s destined for great things.

It says a lot that he has gone straight form under 18's to a loan spell in mens football. Telford fans have also been impressed by how intelligent he is as a footballer in the way he plays. Yes the level he is playing at isnt the best but it is worth pointing out more senior players than him have gone to non league clubs this season and done nowhere near as well as he has. Look forward to hearing about his progress at Wolves.

I’m still waiting for Ronan & Ennis to come good after McAlinden & Zele let me down last time, don’t come at me with another name.

McAlinden and Zeli both were big disappointments. Ennis still a top prospect who has been hampered by injuries. Ronan really talented but will need a loan spell next season at the right club. Not all the players will make it but one or two will always come through.

Where is Zele now? Has he been sold for £100m yet?

Was speaking to someone today at the academy. Rates Giles ahead of everyone else his age.

Think if players like Giles and MGW can push into the first team it will help us keep the identity of the club.

I think he was talking about the academy lads, not players who’ve already made the first team.

Out of interest have you seen Giles play?

Gibbs White isnt in the academy anymore and was a first team player all of last season. Giles is still an academy based player and is very highly rated. He is right to be fair.

I'd imagine he won't get anywhere near the squad in our first season back in the Prem, unless he's given a sniff when we throw our early cup games. Think a loan would do him the world of good if he can go out and play 40 odd games of league football.

Was exceptional first half against Basel the other night. They weren’t up to much themselves in all fairness but he caused constant problems. I’d imagine they’ll look to get him out on loan so he can get some competitive game time.

With Vinagre away he is currently next in line to Douglas. He will be going nowhere unless signings are made.

I know it doesn't impress the FIFA/PES babbies but this is the sort of thing that excites me more than big name signings, hope he gets some starts in the PL and shows he's a bit special. He's got plenty of talent around him to learn from too.

The amount of game time Nuno has given Ryan in pre season tells me he is going to have a part to play. I think we will be seeing him on the bench for many games.

From those that have seen more of Giles than I have, is he good enough to really be in contention for that position this season?

He is quite clearly a massive talent. Still behind Jonny and Vinagre in the pecking order, but expect him to feature in U23's and Checkatrade Trophy.

Great prospect but from what I've seen of him he needs to be drilled into Nuno's way and this I'm sure is why he's been around the first team so much. A great example of this was where he went on a lovely run and put what for most teams would have been a dangerous cross in, but for Wolves we don't really benefit from crosses like that in those situations. So nothing wrong with what he did but needs to be nuno-ified.

The raw attributes are there so hopefully the integration and decision making will come with time.

That said, I don't think we will see too much of him this season.

Looked very raw to me against Ajax, more than once I feel he looked nervous but that’s what these games are all about. Was better in Switzerland.
