i'm struggling for decent but cheap central midfielder on Football Manager2005. by cheap, i mean about 250-500k. in advance for your tips, here are some of my favourites..... Bierofka am r/l abouty 400k. the best left winger on the game. Legrottaglie sw/d c about 600k always solid, ave rat always 7.7+. Anthony vanden borre 16 yr old sw/d/dm r/c about 400k if bought. becomes legendary. tevez s c 6m. robinho s c 6m. Delgado s c 2.2m Any more??

Freddy Guarin!! I think you'll always get him for just under 1 million. Great holding midfielder, superb at free kicks if i remember right!

Georgino Boateng. 15 year old forward, in the games i've played he turns out to be a great player.

I will second Guarin, great player. And you can get Cluadio Lopez on a free in the 3 rd season. Scored 16 in 15 in the prem for my wolves side.Edited by: Markwolf

Are Fredy William Thompson and Daniel Fredheim Holm as good as they were on CM03/04?

Or how about Jason Kaminsky or Paul Warhurst? Excellent players on CM93.

TBH i still play CM03/04 and I'm struggling for a playmaker. I have Silas and Zlatko Zahovic rotating at the moment but Silas is limited and Zahovic is getting on and not the hardest working player, any ideas?
