Absolutely spot on. Nuno is fantastic for Wolves but it’s sometimes overlooked that Wolves are fantastic for Nuno.

The only thing I would change about that really is that in the first paragraph when talking about Everton, he should really have mentioned that Nuno turned Everton down last season, so why would he think about them now?

Might be pessimistic but if he gets us into a European spot, clubs (prem and the rest of Europe) will surely be sniffing around for Nuno..

Not saying he'll go but definitely something to think about!

Superb article(s) greco wolf thank you for posting them. I also loved the painting of Molineux and indeed the other works of art that appeared on the articles.

Very good piece and bang on the button. Next summer will be a very exciting one and the only question is can the forward momentum be kept going so that we are challenging in 5th to 8th place Europa Cup range again plus perhaps challenging strongly in the domestic Cups again. The big question remains: as can we attract/afford that extra quality we need to take the team/club to the next level?

The timing of the beginning of our project was perfect for Nuno.
His reputation was slightly tarnished after his previous jobs at Porto and Valencia.
He has been supported by us since he has arrived and backed by the board, why would he walk out on that?
I've said elsewhere that it seemed like the planets aligned for him/us in the summer 2017 and we have been on an upward trajectory ever since.
I don't think he will get a better suited job in England at the moment, his stock will only rise whilst at Wolves and then he will get offers from the real big teams, then his loyalty will be questioned.

the bigger the club the less likely that nuno would get a clean slate as he had here.
as long as fosun remain ambitious for us i think nuno will stay

Why would he want to leave wen he will be at one of the biggest clubs in a few years anyway. He wouldn't get the adulation he gets here from anyone else either. He loves the team to get the backing from the stands so that rules out most of the other prem sides. He will stay humble and stay as leader of the pack.Wolfs ay we.:p

Good article. It's why I roll my eyes at the pantswetters here who think someone will "snatch up" Nuno  He knows how good he has it here, a club assisted by his agent and good friend, where he has quite a large budget, adoration of the entire city, etc. And it's a bit insulting to Nuno, knowing the kind of man he is, that he'll somehow be tempted by clubs ala United, Chelsea, or Everton that struggle with unrealistic expectations from the fans and owners and lack of full resources that he has here.

You could be right, (last paragraph), but my feeling is that our project, to use the hackneyed phrase, is bigger than any individual.
It is as likely to be Wolves who do the 'upgrading' as Nuno.

Smashing article let down by the constant referral to Santo being our manager. His name is Nuno!!

Thanks for posting but really just goes over the same old territory. The best line was the last one - 'There are bigger names in contemporary football , but there aren't many better jobs than this one'.

Honoured to have him and if we keep progressing then happy days!
