Birmingham's look the toughest on paper. But I think we'll need to get something at Reading this time.

Can't see us being the only ones who may drop points looking at the three sets there

Looking at the next 6 games then IMO we've got the hardest "set" of games on paper over the next month or so..

Given our current position and our Home form i think most of us would expect to beat Norwich and Watford. The other 4 games could really go either way with the next 3 and the "derby" game against Cov all being tricky.

Personally i think 10 points from the above ( particularly if we can get something at Reading) would be a great return and keep the momentum going into the final third of the season.

Wouldnt be surprised to see Reading take at least 12/13 from their 6 games, and Blues possibly 10/11. .

I think keeping to the '2 point per game' average would see us looking fairly comfortable. Anything more would see us increase our lead IMO (Blues have got a trickier set of fixtures).

Cue the inevitable 'one game at a time' comment from someone....

Had a quick glance at this and worked out all 3 teams would get 12 points each. Thats with none of us losing

I predicted we would get 11 points in December, so please note the above statement is fact! Maintaining a 7 point lead over third after a further 6 games and ticking off Reading away would be great.

Its the 6 after that where I think our lead could diminish (Burnley, Palace, Sheff W away, Cardiff, Plymouth, Ipswich home).
But I think our final 8 games will see us through ok.

Providing we avoid defeat at Reading and win 3-4 of the six games, that will be enough imo, to give us some breathing space.
  8. Avoiding defeat at Reading is vital.

Those home games should all be winnable, but the Reading and Brizzle games worry me slightly. I'd take a draw from either of those.

We will extend our lead. All 3 teams have difficult games.

Preston and Reading are real tough games for us
Cov is a derby match. so 3 really tough games.

    Reading have tough games against
Swansea, QPR, Wolves, Doncaster, and Preston

    Blues have tough games against

    Blackpool, Cardiff, Palace and Burnley.

I think you cannot look ahead at games in this league and think that some will be easy wins and the others tough.
Every game is a battle as Blackpool showed. If ever a division summed up the cliche "one game at a time" then the championship is it

Would be chuffed to bits if we got to the back end of that little lot with the 7 point lead still intact.
