Right here we go, bring it on.......
2-1 to the good guys after extra time.
I predict it'll be nothing like my dream about a week ago (although I'd take the score!).
The score is Wolves 3-2 Man U, it goes into extra time 2 vs 1 (players each team, that is! Neves and me vs Zidane), I decide that if I break Zidane's legs we can only win as Man U will have no players left, then a little guy on the ground pulls a gun and shoots a player in the face... I have no idea where he came from or who on!
So yeah, nothing like my dream!
Except for 3-2
I think we will take the lead, and capitulate in extra time sadly
I really hope I’m wrong.
I thought Man Utd looked a bit below their recent levels yesterday and Arsenal picked them off.
The Man Utd midfield didn't function well and Pogba wasn't too effective for him.
But Lukaku and Rashford both looked very sharp and Lukaku is going to cause us problems in his current form.
I think the first team to score wins this one.
They were poor. However they will have martial and Herrera both back and fresh and a few days extra recovery compared to last week. Top team, we have to be almost perfect.
It's the Cup, form and factor normally goes out the window with these games....anything can happen on the night.
We have done well against better teams than Yanited this season. The Solksjaer bounce is now over for them.
We will put in a fantastic performance and win 2 - 0. No fear. #WeAreWolves!
Be interesting to see what team they put out on Saturday. They’ve now dropped to 5th in the league and if Chelsea win their game in hand they’ll be down to 6th. They’ve also got the champions league games coming up. Wondering if they might put the FA cup as third priority and rest a few?
It would be nice to think so, but I doubt it ... Expect Man Utd to take it seriously. It's going to be an absolute cracker .... I predict 3:2 to us. End to end stuff,
Yep it was more wishful thinking really.
defend like we did against Chelsea, Attack like we did against Spurs 2-1 Wolves
The United performance away at Chelsea in the previous round was interesting!! They led 0-2 at the break and in the second half they played as we did on Saturday, getting men behind the ball, staying very compact and working really hard! It was very impressive!
They played like the so called ‘lesser’ teams coming to Molineux and that worries me greatly!! Because, up top they have the players lesser teams don’t have!
I think they will pick us off easily enough, maybe 0-2 or 0-3!!
Hope I’m wrong obviously
Got a very good feeling about it.
Nuno said yesterday our approach next weekend will be completely different which means he sees weaknesses to exploit in the United team.
One of those IMO is Ashley Young’s temper. Jota could ruffle him up the wrong way.
Don’t think Lindelhof and Smalling will like the Jota/Jimenez partnership.
Coady, Saiss/Bennett and Boly will have a lot of work to do but at home, under the lights, molineux atmosphere and a cup QF will bring the best out of us.
I can see us winning 2-1
Wembley here we come!
Young’s banned isn’t he?
2-0 to the good guys, Jota and Raul to score
Come on the Wolves
Ah *******s. There goes my prediction.
I thought Man U looked good yesterday even though they lost. We’ve got our work cut out. Will be interesting to see whether we can get out of the blocks quickly.
2-1 Wolves. Jota and Jimenez. No need to fly at them, be patient, wait for the right moment and pick them off. We need to be well organised (as ever) to reduce their chances, which we tend to be good at. They will give us chances, no doubt about that. For all their talent in midfield and going forward, they are so average at the back and always give up good opportunities regardless of the opposition, whether it's PSG or Arsenal, or Burnley or Southampton.
The atmosphere is going to be ****ing electric.
I wouldn't read into the Arsenal loss being indicative of the Solsjkaer bounce going away. They lost to PSG and look what happened the next time around.
I would be quite surprised if Nuno went for the same style of play he employed against Chelsea. Wolves will need to spend more time on the front foot, because United have far more quality than Chelsea and just absorbing their attacks with limited replies is a very risky strategy.
I also wonder whether there is a sense of, "It's United at Home in an FA Cup Quarter Final. We need to show a bit of impetus here". I can imagine us being very up for it and enjoying a higher press than usual.
We’ll do ‘em.
Really buzzing for this one. A lot of local bragging rights at risk too, especially for my lad in school.
1-0 Wolves Neves Rocket.
This will be Uniteds 3rd away game on the spin. Hopefully they’ll be knackered.
Wolves 5-1 Man Utd (Adama hat-trick)
It all comes together....
The ref will be their motm
Who is the ref then?
Wolves 2 United 1
Willy Boly to head in the winner in the 96th minute.
3-2 thriller which we edge
I predict they’ll sing that bloody waterfall song for 90 minutes.
United will suffer back to back defeats, Ole bubble burst has been coming. More confident of us winning than i was a few weeks ago.
Wolves win 2-1
If we play like we did yesterday and use the same tactics I think we will lose. If we come out and attack then we have a chance to win.
Is that in Fergie time??
Let's smash them
jota 1st half, jimmy 2nd half.
Same for me, we're a gonna win it.
I've no idea
Never used to matter with those red *******s
Akaman, you need to lay off the pre-bed cheese mate!
2-1 to the Old Gold Tide.
Wolves will win
My balls say we win 3-2, last minute winner from Diogo, after being found by a long kick from Ruddy. Then the roof lifts off our place! Come on the old gold n black!
