Looking at the remaining fixtures Bournemouth will win the league with 89 points.
Very easy matches left apart from today's match at Ipswich.
    Norwich 2nd with 88 points

I have Wolves to win their remaining matches apart from draws at M'bro and B'ham and that still only gives us 82 points and I can't see that being enough as the other teams have easier matches than us. And that's saying we beat Ipswich at home.

So great effort but we really need other teams to slip up against teams with nothing to play for generally.

So my prediction is 7th place losing out by one point

Yes one game at a time. We are on a good run with our key players Sako, Afobe, McDonald, Stearman bang on form and Ikeme back in the team. As long as we don't get injuries we can take this right to the wire. We probably need to win a minimum four out of the last six to have a chance of getting sixth spot which is a tall order, but possible. That is 80 points and allows us to lose two. Perhaps we can sneak a draw too. Middlesbrough away looks very tough and Ipswich at home we have to win. Hope our poor goal difference doesn't cost us dear at the death.

Ipswich already one up against Bournemouth 5 minutes.

I'd be amazed if 82 points doesn't get you in the play offs.

The year we won the league, Birmingham got automatic with 83.

82 will be more than enough...

    ...surely!

Teams (including us) will lose points you dont't expect as the pressure cranks up.

The 6 who deal with that pressure the best will be the top 6.

Can't hurt that Wolves and Brentford were succesful in a promotion chase last year though.

We won't get 82. 80 would be an excellent effort. Whether it would be enough who knows?
