All playing tonight
Can't see Craddock really featuring again, unless Mancienee were to go back and we didn't get a replacement (and then somebody was injured). Gobern will surely be loaned out, especially as his recovery appears to be contemporaneous with that of Jarvis.
Jarvis and Kightly's rapid recoveries bode well for our current physio set-up, I think. Both of them well ahead of schedule.
What's the perennial crock Mark Davies up to now? Wasn't he playing in the reserves recently, and I've not heard of any further injuries.
I wouldn't underestimate Jody's experience Atlas, which IMHO will prove to be vital when it comes to the promotion run-in.
was with the 1st team on the pitch before the game on Saturday. Probably travelled with the team as part of the 18/19 we normally take away.
His influence reaches far off the pitch, he's very well thought of by the other players. I'd be very surprised if McCarthy sets hismself up for a fall by letting him go out on loan without an instant recall.
I don't know - Craddock is surely the best replacement if Stears on MM gets injured because which ever one is left (RS/MM) has pace and Jody has the experience. Also great news about Gobern. A natural replacement for a injured winger. We can't rush Jarvis back though!
I'm not suggesting Mick would let him go; I don't think he's going to be looking at letting anybody go, except maybe for Potter, this January.
I think Craddock will be behind Collins in the pecking order, as Collins has had plenty of match experience this year. Let's face it, if Stearman and Mancienne are fit nobody's going to displace them.
I also think that if Mancienne doesn't stay we'll be looking at getting somebody in.
If Mancienne stays, Craddock will be fifth choice at centre half, and rightly so.
I do agree, Craddock is well down the pecking order.
I do feel for Shackell. He's looked decent enough when I've seen him but his involvement in that shambles at Watford probably hasn't helped his cause.
Shackell looks quite good to me. Good in the air, decent enough on the ball, quickish enough across the ground. Still, he hasn't complained, which is good. Everyone will get a chance at some point.
For some reason Gobern went off. Looks like we had used all our subs, so another set back for lewis maybe
It said on the bottom of an article on our official site that Craddock, Jarvis and Gobern all played 45 mins. I assume Gobern was withdrawn after playing all the second half but we didnt want to risk him for the extra 30mins so decided to go with ten men.
Read the official site after I posted about Gobern, and hope that is the case
Gobern taken off because he had done his 45 mins. Good news
I was having a great day until Craddock was mentioned....
5th choice central defender.
I hope Davies and Gobern can get a glimpse of the 1st team this year, if others are crocked only that is.
