We had a couple by us who I had never seen before and moaned throughout the game, then proceded in joining in to sing 'Loyal Supporters'

It does make you laugh, but the extra 5000 Wolves fans made noise at least.

i went with five on Friday, none of whom will be there Tuesday. After a STH abused my four year old son in the BQ, there was very nearly two less, one in hospital and one in Bilston Street cop shop.

What did he abuse him for? I hope he isn't one of those kids that likes to turn around and stare at the person behind them for about 3 minutes.

So when the club drop prices to encourage occasional fans to turn up, they're made to feel unwelcome by the 'ever presents'?

    Great. $$$$ing great.

a bit of supporter snobbery never hurt anyone.

the fair weather fan must be put in their place.

  18. I can't be there for Palace due to a bloody meeting I can't shift but will be at Southend and Leicester games.

More games this season than for years for me but as a non-STH I couldn't bring myself to join in the loyal supporters chant. Cringeworthy in the extreme.

Just checking. I've only been to 4 matches so far this season, am I allowed to cheer when Wolves score?

No but a hearty applause is acceptable

  22. no - you need to have maximum loyalty points to raise more than a murmur

and anyone who wasn't at Birmingham away is no type of fan at all and should be crucified on the centre spot at half time.

some fat bitch tapped me on the back when I stood up during a break away. I've got a good mind to move my half st and $$$$ on her lap every time we score.

It was a good performance on Friday so let's be hopeful, however Palace won't bring many will they? What sort of reception do you think Kennedy will get?

I reckon less than 20000 will show up. If so how long before Moxey decides on another cheapo game for the not so interested?

Yes, it's lucky for Moxey that there are thousands of complete idiots who payed their money in advance and who haven't got the intelligence to stop going even if they aren't happy with the entertainment.

It shows that football is overpriced when clubs put offers on and the attendances increase.
I can't attend solely because of the price of the tickets. At nearly £50 for me and my son to watch its just too much money to go to matches.

I laugh at certain posters who like to give the impression they are the worlds greatest supporters.Since we've got more luxurious surroundings and in a more appropriate division, garden Centres profits around the midlands have fallen.

Try taking up golf. If they didn't have a steady supply of idiots to rip off, they wouldn't keep putting up the prices. I don't mean Wolves specifically, but football clubs in general. I blame Murdoch.

There's none more idiotic than someone who "takes up Golf".

  37. I.D.

I don't play golf myself, I was just suggesting a new Saturday afternoon ritual for whitemouse. That said, I think the average person who takes up golf is being far more sensible than someone who pays £45 to watch a football game in London, for example.

  38. depends how much the golf costs. On a wet weekend paying £30 plus to spend upwards of four hours out in the cack weather getting increasingly annoyed at your own inability to put a little white ball into a hole and spending the last two hours disinterested and desperate to get in the bar because the round has become irreparably $$$$ seems pretty dense.

Incidentally, Chelsea are offering half price tickets to their Champions League game this week, as they're struggling to sell out.

So its not just Wolves and Big Bad Moxey.
