One of the most convincing reasons to get rid of GH is the positive impact the decision will make on STH for next season.

Assume JM comes out with an attractive
early bird STH offer in 3 weeks time, guaranteeing same price as this
    season irrespective of our division.

    </span>STHs only please...

would have to leave it till the end of the season regardless as i dont have that kind of money to but it outright.

it is making it hard for me to motivate myself to lose that much money again next season though on a product that doesnt make me happy

I'll get mine but that's because they haveme over the barrel with my pants down.

Its in my blood and I can't escape it, and they know it.

They can have my money, but if things don't improve, I'll be one of the thousands making their lives a misery.

Lose against Crewe and the demonstrations will start, no doubt.

After having a season ticket for 34 yrs I will defintely not be getting one next year.On Saturday I found I was far more interested in English rugby than how we were getting on - sad that it's come to that but I bet I wasn't the only Wolves fan who felt the same.

    Interesting split so far.

Largest section are those who will buy regardless, and those that will not but at all.

Will cause JM serious problems if the poll is representative.

I will wait until the summer to see how things are looking. If hoddle is still in charge, or we sign some plonka as manager (souness) I won't bother renewing.

I really don't know at the minute. It depends how we are playing when the early bird comes out.

You can bet your life that Moxey will wait until we get a few wins before announcing it.

if they carry on playing as they are now, I might pay £150 and that aint gonna happen so the answer is NO.

If they play good football with passion £300 maxits getting to expensive when transport costs are added to the equation.

Ive often wondered that although the pee is taken out of man utd fans all being from down sarf, how many peeps that attend the Mol are from Wolverhampton.

  14. I will, but my son has decided that he won't (he's seventeen and has been a season ticket holder since he was six!) and my brother in law - a stalward through the years - has decided to go and watch Coseley Town next season. "I'm not forking out this sort of money for a season ticket to watch this crap any more." I'm the odd one out in three, but they aren't the only ones I know who are seriously thinking of not renewing.

Undecided, can't see myself having one if Hoddle is still there, so many things have gone wrong at Wolves in the 20 years Ive been going, but nothing this depressing.

Can't see an early bird being offered myself, but I'll bite their hand off for the money saving if they do.

With the poor take up last time, I doubt if it will be offered!

Jez will realise that with this seasons poor show, season ticket take up will be lower than last time so he will try and gain all the proffit he can by not offering it!

However difficult it may be following the Wolves (and it's pretty grim at the minute), the alternative is not something I can contemplate

I still find myself looking forward to the match during the week and counting off the weeks during the close season

It's a condition for which there is no known cure - Jez, when do you want my cheque?

Even though it costs me between £4000 till £5000 a season to watch the wolves, I've been a STH holder too long to change my ways [IMG]

I thought about stopping and just following England but wolves are wolves. I was going when there was only 2000 at the Mol after going through all that &amp; thinking there might not be a wolves I'm not going to stop now.

  20. I'll stay a season ticket holder for as long as I'm able to, no matter who is in charge. When things go wrong that is when we are needed most, and at the end of the day the fans are the voice of the club, and a failing managerial regime can only last so longif thevoice of the supporterskeeps speaking up. Look at Newcastle, it was ultimately the fans that forcedFat Freddie's hand to sack Souness.

I'll be renewing, I still enjoy going (mainly due to the few pints before the game at the moment). And knowing my luck, if i did pack it in, we'd play like Brazil and storm the league.

  23. Ditto....I really didnt fancy the Man United game if Im honest because of the way we were playing, but I just had to go incase I missed something![IMG]

Trouble is we are not representative on this board...the majority of STHs on here are pretty fanatical...I will renew..because it is my club regardless of whoever is in charge.

There are an awful lot out there that will not be renewing.

    1) I've nothing better to do on a Saturday

    2) I enjoy going for a few pints before/after the game

    3) It's one of the few opportunities I get to see my father and my brother these days

    4) Despite all the shrieking over the past couple of days, I've seen far, far worse Wolves teams and still supported the club

    5) I genuinely think with a clearout of playing staff and some new ideas on the coaching side, next season could be a success, the division will still be weak

    6) Not so long ago, I was in a position where I couldn't go to any games, due to working abroad. That's made me appreciate going to the game even more.

    7) Because I'm a deluded optimist

Fair enough with points 1 through 3. The social side of match days are probably the main/only reason alot of people will renew again. Habit is another big factor I think.

Point 4 - Is unfounded loyalty that they don't deserve. Doesnt it make you angry watching those w!$*ers stroll around the pitch, losing to teams who are paid at most a third of what they earn?

Point 5 is wishful thinking given the shambles of the club since SJH had another funny turn.

Point 6 -I can't believe you appreciate watching this s!$*, no matter how long you lived abroad. You must be some kind of sadist.

Point 7 - You'll grow out of it.

I did and I was/am the biggest Wolves fan you will ever meet. I still give them some of my cash (about 1 in 3 games) but I doubt they'll be getting anymore this season.Edited by: Kris Kringle

Doubt it mate....come into the Clarendon and meet Rightside Boy...450 mile round trips for about 20 years and will always be there (no matter if he says he is thinking of not renewing...he will)..he is obsessed...it utterly destroys him if he has to miss a game (duty has stopped him a few times, but that is about all).

OK, perhaps I should change that to the biggest 'sane' wolves fan you will ever meet. Although some will question that claim tbf.
