Another one bites the dust...
the manager merry go round in full swing
expect them after Rafa Benitez, but end up with one of the assistant mangers from either liverpool or Man Utd
back to everton and big sam to west ham lol
Moyes awaiting his calling from a top eight PL club... Although Everton might
Everton will go for Marco Silva
It'll be interesting to see who pitches up there next.
Mick at 33/1
No way he'll get it but how I would love to see their fans reaction if he were appointed.
Can't see why Benitez would want to go there. He wouldn't be given sufficient funds.
If Jokanovic fails to get Fulham up he should be a manager Everton or West Ham should look at.
Meanwhile, we're full swing with our preparations. Only good news for us.
West Ham strike me as a reactionary club rather than a progressive one.
I suspect that they will delay making an appointment to see which international coach has a good tournament at the World Cup, then make an approach for them.
They're a pretty tin-pot outfit who arrogantly think they're entitled to a seat at the top table.
It's like the end of a Jurassic park movie with the dinosaurs on the loose. The potato headed 'Bruce-asaurs' could be out too if Villa muck up the play offs
I was amazed when they appointed him -- too much of a dour Scot for that lot.
they gona wait a while then?? LOL
Not to mention their words and actions seem to contradict one another. There the sort of club that goes to a fancy Restaurant proclaiming they're going to have a proper three-course meal but end up only getting a Prawn Cocktail and Garlic bread.
The Carousel of Failure is oiling its gears
I think we're seeing the final years of the old British manager, too many examples of them producing dour crap and overseas/young progressive coaches coming in and surpassing them. Moyes/Big Sam/Pardew/Pulis/Bruce to some extent all falling out of favour the last 12-24 months. Colin is the main one actually doing well for the moment!
Colin is the only one fully retaining old school beliefs, good luck with Premier league refs though Colin.
I actually think Moyes has done alright at West Ham.
It wasn't an easy club to join with the fans against the board and he had injuries to a few key players.
But got them playing quite well, Arnautovic in particular, and kept them up easily. And, it's hardly Allardyce style football.
Agree with other comments though. They think they're something special and will get linked to all sorts of big names before appointing a decent foreign coach who will have to play the 'West Ham way'.
Haaa, good spot... World cup, sorry...
Changed it thank you... I dont think anyone noticed. Think i got away with that one... Oh wait a sec...
its that word tin pot again folks
Went into difficult situations with the shambles on and off the pitch. Big risk move by Moyes to go there, rebuilt his reputation a bit i think. Done well there.
West Ham board will appoint someone from Europe and he will be thrown under the bus and in 6 months they till be appointing a big Sam type figure, a club that thinks they are the big fish that want immediate success but end up just going in circles. shambolic decision making to continue
Been on Talksport last couple of days Fonseca seen 3 times leaving by back entrance since Monday. Nailed on.
Been reported that he has turned them down and will stay at Donetsk
There's a whole raft of these mediocre managers that keep getting jobs even after repeated failures.
That's me 50 quid down if true. Had a little flutter at 2/1.
And then hit the chocolate fountain...
He'll go to Villa when they sack the useless sweaty Bruce.
This season is really setting up nicely for a top 8/10 finish?
Allardyce to west ham and moyes to everton after a few weeks of nice holidays and big payouts.
Don't forget the tap water.
They reckon they'll have someone in place in 10 days...
Sounds like Pellegrini could be a goer. Fonseca maybe holding out to see if Silva does go to Everton.
They strike me as being a bunch of deluded cockney ****ers.
They apparently intend to make an approach for Benitez.
The delusional arrogance of this club, who have never won the league never fails to amaze me.
Why on earth would he want to go there?
They play in an atmosphere free athletics stadium that they don't even own.
Their dubious owners don't have anywhere near the financial clout to mount anything close to realistic top of the table challenge.
I fully expect us to finish well above them next season.
Does the same apply for Bruce?
Spot on, well said.
Benitez would seriously need his head looking at if he joins the 'Ammers, Newcastle are and always will be a bigger club than them.
I see Arry is now expressing his dismay at the sackings of Big Sam and Moyes-another bloody dinosaur!
With Brady, Gold and Sullivan running the show what else can you expect? Having clued up owners and/or a clued up CEO is essential to football success these days. West Ham have neither and are doomed to mediocrity at best until Brady/Gold/Sullivan eventually leave the club. Also the Olympic Stadium may have made financial sense but it makes no footballing sense whatsoever so whoever they eventually hand over to has got a massive problem to solve before West Ham can make any serious progress.
Moyes is the only manager who makes Lambert look cheerful.
