Brave words from our striker, but should that be "DNA"
Read the article earlier GA. When I first saw the headline thought he was going back to the Shearer and Sutton days.
Brave words indeed but both are young players with the ability to get better. Both work hard and if they could strike up a good partnership then why not.
The Wolves DnA no less
We really have to go with them up top and KJ will have to sort out who plays behind - that's what he's paid to do!
Be happy if they're like bull and Mutch circa 87 - 89. What does impress me in that article is he talks about working hard and supporting the team by defending from the front.
I thought he meant Sutton and Shearer - that ages me.
I've not read the article, but who else does he mean?
Sturridge and Suarez.
Pah, they're nothing compared to Sutton and Shearer.
I'd love DNA to become a great partnership, in the same way that Burnley profited last year from outscoring the opposition. At the Wolves the last good pair was probably SEB and Iwelumu.
Could be sad.
Sako Afobe Dicko
La (Parra) Afobe Dicko Sako - any teams would fear that bunch of LADS
Don't underestimate the impact of Keogh.
Totally agree Keogh got the best out of SEB, Kightly Bothroyd etc, vastly under-rated.
My big fear is RVLP could becoming the next target for those of limited thinking capability.
Seasonal Affective Disorder - quite apt for our recent striking history
Sako, VLP, Afobe, Dicko, Eusebio
Just for Edgy
Used to be Sedgley away squad!
Looks to me the Keogh/Doyle/Kelvin types are the ones who've already turned on La Parra. They try to turn on Sako but that's a bridge too far
Separate names with a comma.
