    Sunday 11 November @1630 hours
It isn’t being televised hence why I haven’t put it on the Sky thread .

I imagine this is for two reasons: Arsenal’s Europa Cup on the previous Thursday and events in London on the morning of the 11th commemorating the centenary of the end of WW1.

I'm in Hong Kong for this game so was hoping for an earlier kick off.

Any suggestions on where to watch it?

Why 16:30 not 15:00, if it's not on telly?

As it'll be 12.30am Sunday/Monday here so I reckon it will be best to go somewhere around Wanchai - I think the White Stag often has a few Arsenal fans around so that is a good bet. On the balcony at the Trafalgar (about two doors down) is a nicer spot and should also have it on.

EDIT - got my time difference wrong - 12.30am in HK

Nice ground of course but view from the away end is crap. Rows are too shallow.

MK Dons with an extra tier on it.

TBF the atmosphere isn’t as bad as some make it out to be, it’s not great mind, but in terms of modern stadiums I’d say it’s worth checking out. I used to live a few minutes away so been quite a bit.

We’re long overdue a win against Arsenal so I’m hoping this season is finally the one and that’s why I’ll be going if I can!

Went to the Milijas game, view not brilliant, what we'll have to get used to this year from corners and as above not steep enough, atmosphere great in our little bit, not good overall, a typical sign of what's happened I used to go on the North Bank with an Arsenal supporting mate when I was down there and it was tremendous.

Last time we beat them was September 29th 1979........the 3rd time we'd beaten them in 4 games. The only loss, typically of course, was in the FA Cup semi the previous March....typically, of course, at Villa Park!!!

I’ve got this marked as one of the games I want to go to, hopefully this KO time will make it a bit easier to get a ticket. Should have enough points in the bag anyway by then.

    Once in London?

If you come into Euston it’s 2 stops on the Victoria Line to Highbury & Islington then a short walk to the ground (approx. 10-15 mins).

If you don’t wear colours I highly recommend having a stroll down Upper Street once at Highbury & Islington, lots of pubs and restaurants.

Padded seats, leg room, tourists and a home support comprising of lots of Merchant Bankers (both literally and figuratively) who know virtually nothing about football.

Why is it only starting at 1050? I'd have thought it was higher cause theres gonna be plenty of us with 1070

I would presume they've done the maths and worked out that everyone with 1050+ will be able to get a ticket if they want hence no need to stagger the points brackets any further.

Loads of tourists. Seemed to be a lot of Russians outside the ground last time we went, if you’re the next to the divide (like I was) you get these little ****ers protected by the stewards telling you to go back to our slums up north. I chuckled because most of them wouldn’t be able to spell mortgage never mind have one.

If. as people are saying, the Palace points were counted for Brighton it wont be the same for Arsenal, as it will be sold out before the Brighton game.

    Hope that makes sense.
