of managers who think we're only top because of our strikers and not becuase we're actually any good - the underlying meaning being that without SEB and BCI we'd be $$$$e. And kites of course, also maybe jarvis. Plus there's vokes and keogh (boooo), and don't forget about edwards and jones. At least our defence will never contribute. Anyway up, we're not as good as reading and blues (who lost today, but don't worry, it wont last):

'The teams at the top are the ones who come alive in the final third and are more clinical.'

15 more wins and we're home and hosed...

We're actually 13 wins from 92 points, which should see us home and hosed.

I like it when other players and managers knock us, makes it all that sweeter.

to be fair, he also said, "Wolves are top of the division and consistently winning games. That puts them in good stead and it looks like they could go straight up, although Birmingham and Reading are pushing as well."

It's tough this year - 98 points and we're there...

    Probably.

92 points should see us with a P next to our name, that's all I'm concerned about! I'm not fussed if it's 1st or 2nd.

If we hit 101 with a game to spare, I'll sit astride the saigon centre in town and declare to the world that we're probably going to do it this year. Until then, nothing's certain...

This report from The Yorkshire Post gives a lot of credit to Wolves

Can't see anything wrong in what he is saying. Barnsley had a lot of possession today. Difference was that we scored twice so I guess that makes us better than other teams in the final third.

Some people just seem to get really paranoid about what they read

They had some decent players. The winger and the two long haired chaps impressed me

Jamal Campbell-Ryce I presume you mean (number 20) more than decent winger, could be worth a punt as back up to Kightly& Jarvis.

Jamal Campbell-Ryce would be a good signing in January.

Pace to burn, good crosser of the ball, neat and tidy with the ball.

Surely a great signing as back up to Kites and Jarvo and prob wouldn't even cost that much.

We're playing the way you need to get out of this division - attacking football. Our 442 is at times 424. The most entertaining team we've had in a long time. Very few defensive teams have been promoted from this league. If we are promoted you will not see us play with the freedom shown this year.

That campbell ryce tore us to shreds last year at oakwell, would be a decent backup for kites and jarvo

But he's right, this is something we ourselves had been saying over the last couple of years - we needed someone to convert the chances being created by our wide players.

    The full quote reads:

""All credit to Wolves. They are flying at the moment. The teams at the top are the ones who come alive in the final third and are more clinical. It's not just the finishing, it's the quality of the balls in as well."

So I don't see how he's basically said we're rubbish apart from the 2 strikers.
