surely 9 more wins would do it for us i aint bothered about the title that would be an added bonus and a nice piece of silverware for the molinuex cabinet but surely 85 points should get us promoted

9 more wins would only give us 80 points

9 wins would be enough if Birmingham and Reading lost 12 games out of 23.

Now can you really see them losing that many games? Because i cant.

Maths is wrong also 85 would do in a normal season but Reading & Blooze can still get over 85 pts. It's still a 3 horse race for the 2 auto places
  6. 12 wins will do it. Nice position to be in.

As long as we get 1 more point than third we're ok.

13 will do me, just to make sure.

Are you posting from the classroom Thomas?

Really getting into this internet malarky aren't you? You are officially as much as a gimp as me.

The kids are watching awful Christmas DVD's. I have little option, other than to waste time on the internet.
  11. We will need atleast 92 points to gain promotion.

12-13 more wins may be enough. We can afford 10 losses

Couldn't disagree more. With the ability we have at the club currently, we should be going balls out to become Champions. We should be striving to be that best we can be and putting down a real marker for next season. Winning this league by a significant margin really would be making a statement of intent that our club hasn't made for decades. Let's just do it! ;)

I'll start to get confident when we've got a 12 point lead over 2nd and not before.

.......with 2 games left to play.

I'm the same, the lead counts for nothing at the moment.

I wish someone could tell glagowwolf that; he has us promoted and has spent the 09/10 transfer budget already.:D

Surely with a 12 point lead, you'd be happy with 3 games left to play?! ;)

Unless of course the Football League starts awarding Brum and Reading 4 points for a win!

    Bloody teachers these days, eh!?

It's alright though, Glasgow has been very shrewd by not letting anyone earn above £50, 000 a week.

There is a reason they only let him teach in a primary school. He is actually brighter than some of the little ones.

Agreed. We still have Reading and Blues to play again in the second half of the season. Lose against them both and suddenly we'll be hacked down to a 3 point lead at best.

I'll pretend it was a purposeful mistake. We want to make sure etc etc.

At least my Mom didn't get me my job......
