Beat me to it Netherton, Great news that we have sold out for what could be a weakened side, am arriving in New Street from Bromsgrove around noon, any idea what its like getting to Small Heath AFC from there? Police escort expected? Football special buses? Wolves pub near their ground/ in B'ham town center?

    Many thanks.

Just got back and was going to post this. I went to collect my tickets and a couple of lads went in to get 2 tickets, they were gutted when the guy behind the desk said they only had 1 ticket left. I then heard them say do you fancy going in the Blues end

If you're coming in from Bromsgrove you should be alright to miss the police. Head to Broad Street if I was you, plenty of bars to choose from there and far enough away from the hell hole to avoid most of the aggro.

Taxi in about 2.30pm and bob's your uncle

Broad street?! I doubt i would recognise the place sober! prob for the best seeing as my drunk memories of most of the places on the strip are far from the best, full of chavvies and over weight men in burberry sipping on WKD's...ladies and gentlemen..welcome to Birmingham :)

Depends where you go mate, but the beauty is it is in each distance of the train station, plenty of taxis for afterwards and you've got lots of choice of bars to suit all tastes.

You could try the pubs around corporation street like the OJS if you like real ale.

    Either way, enjoy the day!
