I must admit I never initially understood the dislike toward the ticket office or the website, it was never perfect but my experience over the past week is beyond a joke. I have 1 supporters number which I purchased my season ticket with. A couple of weeks ago the website said my account was blocked, "please contact the club" error message when logging in. So I did, they said they'd blocked it because I had purchased a large amount of u17 tickets. Correct. For my 16 year old brother and his mates who have recently got caught the bug. (All u17, may I add) This time, they unblocked it as I explained why would I be buying u17 tickets for myself when this supporters number is the one I have my season ticket against. Then this week... the same again. And this time I have contacted them 3 times and each time they have said they've unblocked it, which is clearly not the case as I'm still blocked. So I went to the TO yesterday to buy 2 adult tickets for Ipswich & Millwall, along with tickets for Blues away. They told me AGAIN they had unblocked my account but I am still unable to access my account. To stop this from happening in the future my brother registered an account... guess what, his has been blocked too and told to contact the club. So my father tried to register one for him... And guess what, the same again. "Please contact the club". It's almost as if this club doesn't want our money or support, which means ANOTHER trip to the ticket office to speak to an incompetent cashier who will probably try and fob us off again. Complete and utter joke of a service.
