Fairly self-explanatory. What songs make you think of Wolves and why?
'Wonderful Wolves'- the 1980 cup final record. :embarassed:
'I was born under a Wanderers scarf'- used to sing it to my then baby daughter to get her to sleep. She's 23 now!
Back in the day we used to sing "The Happy Wanderer". No explanation needed. Doesn't apply these days of course!
Bit of a weird one but Utah Saints - Something Good.
I just remember it being used by Central in a video package on The Big Match Live when we beat Birmingham 4-0 at St Andrews (the Darren Roberts game).
Rockin' all over the World.
Surprised it took so many posts!
Wiz Khalifa - Black and Yellow
Duran Duran - Hungry Like the Wolf
Sam Sparro - Black and Gold
Phosphorescent - Wolves
Dion - The Wanderer
Spandau Ballet - Gold
Elvis - Wonder of you
ABC - When smokey sings (Just remember hearing it on the radio heading to a game one night with my dad. Just a happy memory of going to games with him.
"Why does it always rain on me" :embarassed:
Friday I'm in Love and pretending we're in the Europa League by singing "Thursday watch the Wolves instead".
werewolves of London
The liquidator - back to when the stands used to 'sing' the tune as well as the swearing bit.
Jimmy Mack - for Jim McAlliog
Reef place your hands on.It used be on pre match or half time can't remember, when I first went in 95ish.
Baby give it up, ring of fire.
The one and only Kenny - accept no imitations.
My knapsack on my back
Simply the Best
"Brought to you in association with....."
Ha ha "Wonderful Wolves winning all the way" still got the LP, yes that's an LP, ah vinyl
We all live in a yellow submarine "THE WOLVES"
Anything by Jeff Beck always brings my mind to Hi Ho... which in turn needs no explanation.
Slightly off thread maybe, but all time favourite Wolves song is and always will be The Liquidator, that did make the ground rock
Started on the sauce early Andy
Muse, Feeling Good. Can't believe no-one has said that... maybe I'm the only plastic fan that wasn't at Cardiff and watched it on Sky
I play that tune amongst many others on the way to the match
Old Gold Album
Play that too......at least twice
The Liquidator for me. It really got Molineux going pre the sanitisation of football.
Obviously the Liquidator, Woolly Bully, Those were the Days etc, but personally must be "Sailing" after a particularly drunken visit to Blackpool, last match of the season when we beat Bolton to stop them getting promoted.
Totally $$$$ed on stage singing our praises to JR, great days!
Gonna throw a random one in- "Glorious" by Andreas Johnson. I think it was released around 1999, when I first started going to watch Wolves, and they must have played it on the PA at my first game or something. They've started playing the first part of the song on Matchdays now.

'Wonderful Wolves' 7" single.
Have we moved? :goodnight:
Good shout. There used to be a video played before kickoff showing moments from our history that was set to this. We need a video screen back!
Video screen, don't get telling Edgo
We need those screens so we can do this
I only ever tend to hear 'Sca' type music when I'm in Wolverhampton, that & 80's Reggae.
