6th April (Easter Monday), now 5.15pm - on sky
Home game on Monday April 6th has been moved to a 5:15pm kick-off as it's being screened live by Sky
5.15pm on a bank holiday Monday! $$$$ off
My best mate is Leeds. First thing I did when I saw it was text him - he'll be all over this!
Should be a tasty one with the lovely following that Leeds have...
Hope it kicks off like $$$$ all over, maybe teach them a lesson.
Club/police happy to move kick off early to avoid trouble but if tv want it them late that goes out the window. Sky TV officially above the law.
Getting beyond a joke now, no thought at all for fans who have to travel!!
Also strange how these "high" risk games can have a late kick-off when Sky come knocking.
Oh what fun awaits .
As is mine. Was a very smug journey back to Chester in his car after the away game.
I've said the same on the other thread (guessing these will get merged soon)
Arrests are probably way down so lets have a high risk game on a bank holiday at 5.15. No arguments WMP i'll bet !
Spot on, it's going to be chaos, but hey that's okay because Sky are paying for a few police to be added to the fixture.
It's only 5:15 hardly 11pm at night is it should be ok, I actually prefer this kick off time to any other.
And me, but allowing Wolves and Leeds fans to drink all day on a bank holiday. Madness.
Hope it kicks off ?Really???
Barmy decision considering what happened last time.
Saturday 3pm RIP
Ban a song as it potentially encourages violence and then re-arrange a kick-off time with the club we've probably.got the biggest history of violence with in the last 40+ years, you couldn't make it up!
It was already on a Monday.
I know but I just had the urge with the other games being switched, Derby and Ipswich.lol
For once I agree.
$$$$s sake $$$$ off Sky
It makes a big difference when you have a return flight booked for 8.25pm.
with all this sky exposure will moxey be arranging for discounts on seats in these games? I wonder, is all this coverage of these games by sky an alternative to edgys video walls?
Day I fly on Holiday.... So spare ticket available if anyone wants to buy it ...
Central in Southbank
Annoying for the odd person granted but many more won't be that affected & more can now watch it on TV now along with Derby & Ipswich.
But what's not to enjoy about a few beers watching the early games, the scores come in then going to your own match.
Games have been moved for 20 years it's nothing new.
Having now to book a hotel and a flight home the following day goes a couple of steps past annoying in my book.
I'll be in Wolverhampton from the previous Friday so will probably be gone beyond enjoying a few pints at that stage.
You know Mr WOlf, renowned for his sensitivity
I feel for you mate, $$$$in pain in the ass all these changes.
3 out of our next 15 is a bit much though, dont you think.?
Or have to be in work by 8pm.I will never never never subscribe to sky effing sports.
Something we are going to have to accept whether we like it or not. Sky will always get what they want.
It most certainly is!! Really annoying, yet again!!
Typical case of the paying supporter not being considered yet again.
But what about the extra Leeds, Derby, Ipswich fans who get to watch it now, did you all watch the Watford game over xmas or turn off?
I like televised matches, but not when times are changed after already booking
flights! To go to the 5.15 game means a hotel that night and catching a flight back the next day, hence my irritability over it.
No I went.
There was too much snow on the Sky dish so me and my folks huddled around the laptop and watched it on Sky Go along with many festive drinks. Loved it.
I enjoy it when our games are on Sky but for those who go more regularly than I do I can see why it's a pain in the $$$$.
So the game that young wolves could replace the moved derby game, gets moved !! Way to go wolves
What's also annoying about moving this game is that in all likelihood, on current form, neither club will be fighting relegation or heading for promotion.
Sky used to schedule games about 2-3 months in advance. Now it only seems to be a few weeks beforehand.
You are right though. Why doesn't everyone subscribe to Sky and stay at home and watch the game on TV.
I $$$$ing hate sky
I hope they go bust
